That’s what we discovered when we started looking for Case Cash Funding web reviews. There isn’t a lot of information about the company outside of its website. But we managed to get a few clues with some digging.
About the Company
Case Cash Funding has been around for at least 20 years. In 2011, they partnered with another pre-settlement funding company to raise capital. But now, in 2021, they have a tiny footprint of their own on the web.
They do have a website and some very basic information about pre-settlement funding, but little else. No information about interest rates, loan amount ranges, the type of interest they charge, or even the kinds of cases they take.
Another comparison site says that Case Cash Funding charges a 2.99% per month compound interest, plus documentation fees and delivery fees. However, we weren’t able to confirm this information ourselves/
Where Are the Reviews?
We could not find a BBB or Trustpilot presence for this company. Yelp has a single negative review and the business page is unclaimed. So we must turn to Google to get more web reviews of Cash Case Funding.
On that site, they hold a 4.1 rating but only have 28 reviews. The positive reviews that have comments talk mostly about their customer service staff. The negative ones mention delays in approval.
Honestly, there’s just not a lot to go on from what’s there. Most of the Google reviews are just star ratings with no comments. Truly, this company is a cipher on the web. Perhaps they get most of their business from law firm referrals? It’s hard to say.
No Review, No Approval
The latest review as of this writing (July 2021) was three weeks ago, so the company must still exist, but without a better review profile and a bare-minimum web page, there are no trust indicators for Case Cash Funding that push us toward a recommendation.
The lack of information about their loans is also a major warning sign, nor could we find them as a member of any industry watchdog groups. Thus, we say that you should give this company a pass.
